Privacy Policy

Overview
PartyBox is designed to work fully offline. We do not collect, transmit, or sell your personal data.
This policy describes how the PartyBox Android app and this marketing website handle information. If anything here is unclear, the short version is simple: your app data stays on your device, and we do not run analytics or advertising on either the app or this site.
The PartyBox app
Data stored on your device
PartyBox saves information locally so the app can remember your settings and content between sessions. This may include:
- App preferences (theme, accent, sound, haptics)
- Saved wheels, picker lists, and party prompts you create
- Game scores, coin toss stats, and dice roll history
This data stays on your device in a local database. We do not sync it to our servers because we do not operate servers that receive app data. Uninstalling the app removes this information from your device.
Data we do not collect
PartyBox does not ask you to create an account. We do not collect:
- Your name, email address, or phone number
- Precise location
- Contacts, photos, or files outside what you enter into the app
- Advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking data
Network access
PartyBox does not require internet to function. Core features — decision tools, party mode, and mini-games — run entirely on your device.
Optional actions in Settings (such as sharing the app or opening a web link) use your device's browser or other apps only when you choose them. PartyBox does not send your saved wheels, lists, prompts, or game history over the network.
Android permissions
PartyBox requests only the permissions needed for features you use. If a permission is optional, the app will ask before using it. We do not use permissions to collect data in the background or build advertising profiles.
This website
The PartyBox marketing website is mostly informational. We do not offer accounts, sign-in, or checkout on this site.
If you use the feedback form, we collect the name (optional), email address, and message you submit so we can read and respond to your note. That information is sent by email to us through our email provider and is not used for advertising or sold to third parties.
We do not use advertising trackers, analytics pixels, or social widgets that profile visitors. We do not sell website visitor data.
When you visit this website, your browser may send standard technical information — such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested — to our hosting provider as part of normal web delivery. That processing is limited to serving the site and maintaining basic security. We do not use it to identify you or build marketing profiles.
Your theme preference (light or dark mode) is stored in your browser's local storage on this device only. It is not sent to us.
Google Play
If you install PartyBox from Google Play, Google's own terms and privacy practices apply to your use of the store, downloads, and payments (if any). PartyBox itself remains offline-first and does not add separate in-app tracking beyond what is described in this policy.
Children's privacy
PartyBox does not knowingly collect information from children. The app does not require registration and does not prompt users to submit personal details. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a support channel you control, contact us and we will work to delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if the app or website changes. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. For material changes to how the app handles data, we will also update the in-app privacy notice where appropriate.
Contact
Questions about this policy or the app can be sent through the feedback form, or through the contact option on the PartyBox Google Play listing.
