These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the PartyBoxAndroid app and this marketing website (together, the “Service”). By downloading, installing, or using PartyBox, or by browsing this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The PartyBox app
What PartyBox provides
PartyBox is a free, offline-first Android application that offers decision tools, party activities, and mini-games. Features may change over time as we improve the app, fix bugs, or add new tools.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use PartyBox on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and applicable app store rules.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the app's source code except where law expressly allows it
- Use PartyBox in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights
- Interfere with the app's operation or attempt to access systems you are not authorized to use
- Misrepresent your affiliation with PartyBox or use the app to distribute malware or harmful content
Your content
Wheels, lists, prompts, and other items you create in PartyBox stay on your device. You are responsible for the content you enter. Do not use PartyBox to store sensitive personal information you cannot afford to lose if the app is uninstalled or the device is replaced.
This website
This website provides information about PartyBox and a feedback form. We do not offer accounts, subscriptions, or paid services through this site.
You may link to this website using a fair and accurate description of PartyBox. Do not frame this site, imply endorsement you do not have, or use our branding in a misleading way.
Feedback
If you submit feedback through this website, you grant us permission to use your message to operate, maintain, and improve PartyBox. You represent that your submission is accurate to the best of your knowledge and does not violate anyone else's rights.
Third-party services
PartyBox may be distributed through Google Play. Your use of the store is subject to Google's terms and policies. Optional links or share actions may open other apps or websites; those services are governed by their own terms.

PartyBox is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Random outcomes from wheels, draws, dice, and similar tools are for entertainment and group decisions. Do not rely on PartyBox for safety-critical, legal, medical, or financial decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for PartyBox in the twelve months before the claim — which, for a free app, is zero.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Changes
We may update PartyBox or these Terms from time to time. When we change these Terms, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Termination
You may stop using PartyBox at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, if required by law or if we reasonably believe continued operation would create risk or violate these Terms.
